Why this is more than cloud storage
Cloud storage keeps files. LifeVault helps you connect a pension statement to a pension record, a policy to insurance information, and the right categories to the people you choose.
Why this is more than a will
A will is important, but it is one part of the picture. LifeVault also helps organise pensions, insurance, property, LPAs, wishes, contacts and digital accounts. It does not replace a solicitor.
Your life changes. Your LifeVault changes with it.
Review it after an address change, new pension, new property, changed insurance, a new child, retirement, a change of executor or a change to the people you trust. That ongoing usefulness is why LifeVault is designed as a continuing service rather than a one-off download.
Questions about Premium
What happens if I cancel?
Current cancellation and retention terms are not configured in this deployment. They should be made clear before billing is enabled; LifeVault will not claim a policy that has not been set.
Can LifeVault see my information?
The current product uses authenticated accounts, private document storage, short-lived links and RLS-based permissions. It does not claim unsupported controls such as malware scanning or automated verification.
Can my family access everything?
No. The owner chooses categories and conditions. Death and incapacity are separate, manually reviewed access processes.
Can I export my information?
Structured data portability is planned in the product architecture, but a complete customer export flow is not currently enabled in this deployment.
