• LifeVault does not replace legal, accounting or regulated financial advice.
• It does not create an executed will, register an LPA, obtain probate or automatically verify authority.
• Trusted access is controlled by the owner’s chosen permissions and a separate review process where relevant.
• Final subscription, cancellation, service-level and data-retention terms must be published before billing is enabled.
