Privacy

LifeVault is designed for highly personal information. This page describes product principles, not a substitute for a final published privacy notice.

What the product stores

Users can choose to record life information, documents, wishes and trusted-access settings. They should not store passwords, PINs, CVVs or password-manager master passwords.

Access controls

The product uses authenticated accounts, private document storage, short-lived links and granular permissions. Death and incapacity access are separate, manually reviewed workflows.

Before launch

A complete controller identity, contact route, retention information, lawful bases and data-subject-rights process must be published before taking customer data in production.
